Before founding Soar & Thrive Co., Biron spent his career leading culture, workforce, employee experience, and transformation work inside complex enterprises. Those roles were different containers for the same underlying capability: sensing the whole, recognizing patterns and possibility, and architecting systems capable of producing a stronger future.
